FAQ
When is the best time to have a session?
I recommend booking your session as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Maternity sessions are typically photographed between 28 –34 weeks and for postpartum sessions I'd recommend between 2-8 weeks. While motherhood and childhood sessions can take place at any stage.
How long does it take to receive our gallery?
Your edited online gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session. From there, you'll be able to download your images.
How many photographs will we receive?
How many photographs depends on the session you've booked. Please take a look at my "investment" section of the website for the options available.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Absolutely. Most families tell me this before their session! My approach is relaxed and guided, focusing on connection rather than stiff poses. I'll gently direct you throughout the session so you can simply enjoy being together.
How should we dress for our session?
Neutral, earthy tones photograph beautifully and help create a timeless feel. Once your session is booked, you'll receive a styling guide with tips to help you choose outfits that complement one another without being too matchy.
What happens if he weather isn't suitable on the day?
If the weather isn't ideal for an outdoor session, we'll simply reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost. I want your experience to be relaxed and enjoyable, and beautiful light is always worth waiting for.
What happens if we are sick?
I understand that illness can be unpredictable, particularly with young children, so I offer one complimentary reschedule per booking due to sickness. Any additional reschedule requests may incur a fee and are subject to availability.
